He was prepared, knowledgable, and thoroughly explained what the issues were and possible treatments.

MD was running behind which is understandable in a clinical setting. However, my appointment felt very rushed as it was only 15 minutes. I was in the room at 10, and MD arrived around 10:10. Appointment was finished at 10:23. I was not asked if I had any further questions or concerns. Minimal information was given to me regarding my condition, and how to manage my ongoing chronic pain. All of my concerns were not addressed.

Outstanding provider who engages by being 3 feet away, not across the room by his computer. This closeness, not often encountered with some providers, makes it feel like he really cares.
