Dr. Kim did not appear to take some of my experiences seriously. Same when it came to past treatments. There was a lot of grinning and slight laughter when I was explaining my situation / past treatments. It was unprofessional and it made me feel like I did not want to continue to seek treatment from him.

Dr. Kim is extremely knowledgeable about Parkinson's and possible treatments. He asked specific questions so we could adjust [omitted] Vyalev medication. He was patient when he showed me how to use the pump, even when I forgot the battery and had to go home to retrieve it.

This appointment was part of an evaluation for DBS. The doctor discussed the pros and cons of the procedure and made the appropriate referrals for other evaluations that will be required.

I had a lot of info and he did a good job catching up.

I was not sure about the medicationPrescribed. I need to really find out what's causing the chest pain. I don't think medications will resolve the issue. The explanation regarding the new medication is not quite accurate as to what's happening. It was explained that it was the closest to what the insurance would approved.
