Doctor was able to see pertinent medical records as we discussed them.
-
Dr. Smith seems to keep me and my problems as far away as possible and to get through every appointment as fast as possible. Some eye contact would be a nice addition to his repertoire. I feel guilty that I'm wasting his valuable time if I have a question.
-
I had kidney stone attack in on a trip in [omitted] and was hospitalized. Just flew back home. Doctor was able to access records via MyChart in his exam room.

Good Experience!
-
This was the first time visiting Dr.Smith. He was super knowledgeable and educated us on options for future treatments if necessary. He listened and was very patient answering all questions to better understand the treatment plan.
-
Great care
-
I loved that they started with asking me what I thought was happening, and my main concerns as to why I came in, and then they reviewed my chart and spoke to me about what they're saying, and involved me in some decision-making processes that could either end up with me stopping any type of work or treatment at that point or continue to try and find out what's happening. I love that I was involved as part of my own healthcare, and I love that the person I worked with was willing to give me that chance!
-
Very professional and knowledgeable
-
Again, prepared and professional
-
I am very satisfied and impressed with Dr. Smith. I feel I am in good hands.
-
Dr. Smith was pleasant, timely, concise, and in my opinion, complete and correct in his diagnosis during our initial meeting. He was also spot-on in his prescription of the correct and effective medication,
-
Dr Smith took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained how and why tests were needed. He answered all questions about labs and values that I needed to understand.
-
The final stretch became less about winning than about endurance, legacy, restraint, and acceptance that some races are run simply to be finished. With Dr. Smith, the whole visit felt like a tightly paced race day: gear checked, roles understood, no wasted motion, and everyone moving with the quiet confidence of people who've ridden this course a hundred times: disciplined execution that makes something objectively intense feel routinely mundane.
-
Feel a tad rushed for next procedure and not reassured about insurance coverage and costs.
-
Excellent care. Dr. Smith explained my situation very well, and in detail.
