He had not reviewed my medical history before we met but he was the best at pulling it up during the visit. He was able to capture a good picture of my health.

The service provided was not helpful. Neither was I afforded sufficient advice, nor was I given adequate care or next steps. Instead, the doctor dug through my medical history which was incomplete and biased in itself and didn't focus on the immediate issue. While not outright disrespectful, the doctor's medical notes indicate a clear bias against patients with chronic illness and an overall dismissive attitude towards treating complex issues.

Since I had my ER visit at Evergreen ER, he did not yet have access to my CT Scan or MRIs. He said he could get those with no problem to view them with regards to my issue.

I liked everything about Doctor Major. In fact my husband has an appointment with him next month.He was very thorough and took time to explain everything. He even referred me for a second opinion. I would 100% recommend him to others.

Most of these didn't apply to this visit as it was just an annual check in. He is friendly and worked with me to find a medication done that worked for me eons ago. He just talks too much sometimes. He needs better time management and needs to set boundaries with his patients.

If there was an excellent category, I would have selected that. Dr. Major took the time to explain what caused the problem, when out of his way to clearly explain the issue in terms that were easily understandable
