Dr. Berg and the nurses really made us feel comfortable and well informed about the surgery and recovery process.
-
I was a bit scared at my first appointment after hearing the spot was larger than expected and the possible repairs needed, so turned that cubit into a consult and cancelled the Mohs surgery for that day. In the end, it was best to have a consult prior in my opinion.

Would prefer Clinic used Epic system for ease and connectivity to other Clinics in this area
-
In contrast to my usual Optum dermatologist, Dr. Berg actually read my chart beforehand and showed detailed awareness of my past care/history and current situation.
-
Dr. Berg is a PRO in all ways. He took time in explaining the MOHS procedure with photos so I knew what some possible outcomes would be. This was helpful for me being prepared and dealing in reality of what it takes to take out cancer cells in my nose. He's highly empathetic and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to all.

-
I was very impressed with Dr. Berg
-
Even though Dr. Berg has been doing Mohs Procedure for decades I felt as I was in the hands of an expert however, most importantly was his empathetic attitude when asking and answering my questions. And I never felt rushed. I left knowing I'd be in caring hands.
-

-
Dr. Berg took the extra time to contact my dermatologist and proceeded In the most efficacious way possible.
-
I was very concerned with mixing drugs into the situation since I had had a hole in an ulcer and stomach surgery recently. I opted out. I learned later that Dr. Berg had reviewed my case and let the decision on my part stand.
