As this was my first encounter with Dr. Serrano (and as he told me probably close to the last as he would be retiring next year) I was disappointed with the lack of thoroughness of his examination. He answered all my questions, yet his entire physical examination on my body only lasted 5-10 minutes (mainly stethoscope for the heart and lungs, otoscope in the ears, and palpitating my belly), much shorter than those administered by Dr. Taagen. He did not even ask me to take off my socks to view my feet. Bottom line, I was expecting more and will be searching for another physician.

Dr. Serrano was excellent in every way. A little rushed but that's not his fault given the policies of Optum a big change from Poly Clinic!

Dr. Culbert Sorrano Is one of the primary reasons I seek care at the Polyclinic! He Is extraordinary! His vast knowledge, prep for appointment and readiness to refer as needed has fostered great trust. Recently he referred me for additional evaluation of my breast history and recent test/lab results. This has been life saving and has increased my awareness and exposure to care at a level not offered to me before.I am thankful!!!
