Since I had checked in via My Chart before the appointment, all the information was previously provided. The clinician had all the pertinent information and she was very good to work with.

She was looking at another patient's records during the entire visit. I asked for a prescription and when she gave it to me, I noticed that the name and birthday were incorrect
