She was so detailed and thorough In her explanation, physical assessment, and responses to my questions, that I trusted her Immediately to perform this complex and delicate surgery for me. Even though she was prevented from accessing my complete medical records due to the incompatibility of the Virginia Mason/CHI Franciscan system, she understood my needs with clarity.
