He was very nice, but he didn't have much to say that could help me. I asked for blood tests and other diagnostic testing that might shed some light on my problems. He said he could do them, but then dismissed the idea because he didn't order any tests. The appointment was basically a waste of time.

Prior to medical school, I worked in a variety of healthcare settings, so I understand the many types of patients and treatment needs that come to primary care. My clinical focus areas are Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental health are the first line of treatment. I guide patients to lose weight and manage diseases using healthy habits, and medicines when necessary.Philosophy of care
