This was my first visit to this Dr. And she had obviously reviewed my records not only regarding the referral but other issues as well.

Cheryl Hahn is an outstanding ARNP in the Podiatry Department at Optum. Last year, she treated a significant diabetic foot ulcer I had, and thanks to her expertise and care, it has fully healed. I truly believe she saved my foot. She is a highly skilled and compassionate provider whom I trust completely. I will absolutely continue seeing her for any future foot care needs and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I really felt as though the time was taken to review my medical history at least some of it and that the questions that I was asked were very relevant and done so in a way that didn't pry or cause anxiety surrounding the issues I have medically. It felt like I had known her for quite a while due to her knowledge and professional communication with me. I usually have a very high degree of anxiety when seeing a provider that I have not seen before sometimes putting off seeking care because of that she listened to my concerns and never made me feel as though they were not important I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking this type of care

Routine visit. None of these neede.

I was informed that day that KP insurance would no longer be accepted & there was no suggestion on an alternative for me other than self care. My clinician had not been informed about this decision. It was acsurprisevto her.

I saw Cheryl Hahn years ago at the Madison Ctr [omitted] for a foot sore that wouldn't heal. She did a fantastic job then and is similarly spectacular this time. I have an ulcerated blister on my big toe that became swollen and red beyond the toe itself. I knew that Cheryl would go the extra mile (or two) to get this big toe healed. I was willing to drive 40 minutes north from my home near downtown [omitted] to an Optum facility I'd never heard of or seen in order to get an appointment with her.
