I originally was going over to Evergreen Clinic in [omitted] for a Clinical Pharmacist. This is so much easier to go to Optum in [omitted] where my Doctor is.

Cat's knowledge and manner are second to none! She is always familiar with my concerns before starting, and reviews them with me at the start of the call. She also does a fantastic job of informing me of what I *should* be concerned about, as well. I appreciate her flexibility and her tolerance of my attempts at humor, as well. I wouldn't trade her for anything! As far as pharmacists go, her ability to connect is so far above others that I've worked with that it makes me wish I could go beyond a 5!

There was a student clinician taking the lead. She did very well. in areas that needed more clarification or research, the clinician I was scheduled with would step in and clarify or expand. I felt like both of them did very well in their capacities. The original clinician is a good trainer and the student was eager to learn and did a great job.
