Dr Green said I had MRSA when the primary doctor report showed I tested negative for MRSA and positive for MSSA. He gave me an antibiotic but did not explain well how to administer. When I still felt some discomfort after the antibiotics, he recommended a second appointment. I told him I was worried since I had an upcoming surgery in June and needed to make sure this infection was gone. His response was that there was nothing he could do and that most people live with MRSA in the nose and still have surgeries. When I asked him to write that in my chart for my upcoming surgery doctor, he refused and said the surgeon could write to him with concerns on My Chart. He could have easily given me a swab to test if I still had it, but he refused when I went back a half hour later after finding out I needed two negative reports. Later that day I found out he misdiagnosed that I had MRSA. My chart says I was negative to MRSA but had MSSA. He should have differentiated the two for me, but dismissed it as it's common. Very frustrating experience with an ENT specialist. The worst doctor I have ever had, however, the front desk and nurses were excellent!

I told the dr everything I had used in the past. Those that worked and those that did NOT work. What prescription did he write for me? One I'd used several times in the past that did not work. Seemed generally uninterested. Was more than 30 minutes late for my appointment.

His specialty is throat cancer, not at all what I needed but I had no way of knowing from the Optum bio. He was as helpful as he could be under the circumstances. A good listener. I liked him, but he couldn't really help me. I don't know where to go for my issues now.

The clinician cauterized inside the patients nose and extended far below to the entrance of her nostril, causing staining at the opening of her nostril as well as an open wound. It appears too much of the medication was used

I have a chronic issue that requires specific treatment , only a combination of strong antibiotics with an ointment helps. I told this to the doctor, he never checked what previous doctors had prescribed for my condition and prescribed a very low dosis of antibiotics that didnt work out. I sent him a message asking for a change In antibiotics, he never answered. In the end the problem expanded and I had to visit the Walk In within the same week and feeling worse.

The bad experiences I had at the Everett local sent me to Udub. I'm so glad I went to Edmonds!
