Dr. Bibby has kept me alive for a decade. He is the very best dr. I've ever had. And I've had plenty of them. Tells me how it is without judging. Doesn't sugar coat anything. Knows my limits. I look forward to seeing him every visit.

My ratings here are tied to how rushed the doctor was. He was running behind and I could tell he was in a hurry. I totally accepted his assessment, but his tone when he responded to my concerns was dismissive. I have had pain behind just the one eye at times, but because I also mentioned pain above both eyes and in both temples at times, I wasn't sure if he was really hearing me out about the isolated pain I have also been having. This still concerns me. He said, Well, we are not headache doctors. This comment wasn't all that empathetic. Again, this was probably because he was in a hurry. If I had seen him on a different day, my experience may have been different. When we were done and I was walking out of the exam room, he was scurrying down the hall in a hurry to his next appointment. It was the end of the day, and he probably just wanted to get home. The whole experience just felt really rushed.

Dr Kim goes above and beyond in his work. I know his schedule can be busy, so I've been worried about their load at some visits. He always puts in equal and precise attention, whatever the day holds--- whether dashing quickly on busy days or with time to actually breathe between doors, (as at this visit). All humans need oxygen!!
