I don't think [omitted] gives providers enough time to go over patient files. They give providers way too many patients to see in unreasonable increments of time. Briana Garvie meets these expectations but I can only imagine the toll it is taking on her and the rest of staff working for [omitted]

Did not review my records before meeting me. I had to remind the doctor of the issues I listed in the concern area of the form I completed. She also failed to order blood work for my on-going issue that was always tested as part of my annual visit. Now I have to schedule another appointment for this. Costing me more money and time for another visit.

She listens but doesn't always understand my concern. She proposes some solutions but didn't explain next steps if I wanted to follow up. Didn't answer all my questions, but I think this is the new 'normal' where I have to schedule multiple appointments.
