Bradley Houser is an OUTSTANDING primary care provider! He listens, and he is caring. He responds quickly to MyChart questions. I was able to get him to see him quickly when I needed to.But I HATE checking in on tablets! That is exhausting when we are already sick! Please resume checking in with live people!

Brad did an absolutely excellent job of explaining my use of omeprazole vs. Famotidine so I could make an informed decision about its use.

I find that my clinician- who I respect- is risk averse to any medical treatments- even when clinical data shows potential need. There is no point of even having a further discussion about it, so I have found that I stop even asking for his opinion. The only other option I'm given is to see another Optum doctor for a second opinion- but her tells me they will say the same thing. My clinician was happy to provide a referral to another Optum doctor, which I decided. He gave me a referral of a doctor outside of Optum and I'm following up with him now. While it's an extra step and additional time for me, it was worth it. Plus the doctor disagreed with my Optum Clincians assessment- and got me on a treatment. I will most likely be leaving Optum and moving to this new doctor. His facilities are clean, billing seems is be correct and the doctor listened and based his data on medical labs.

Excellent. Able to review what I needed to arrange for other providers involved in my care, and how he could assist me with all of that.

Brad's clinical interests include preventive medicine, musculoskeletal injuries and holistic therapies. He also performs simple office procedures, including mole removals/biopsies, skin biopsies, treatment of warts and precancerous lesions. Brad made the decision to become a healthcare provider after working in the field as a registered nurse. Philosophy of care

My philosophy is to work cooperatively with patients to make decisions surrounding health and wellness. I do this by listening attentively, asking questions and appreciating each patient's unique situation.
