Dr Nago is incredible. He is very thorough and truly thinks out of the box to address my headache and migraine problems. He is the best at what he does and all of my doctor friends recommend their patients to him if they require a neurologist. He is incredible and has helped me for over a decade after a car accident. I was in absolute misery before I started seeing him. I can't imagine what my life would have been like without him. With these new headaches I am having, we are trying new therapies. I am so grateful. On top of being a well respected neurologist, he is a kind and good person.

Dr. Wasn't as familiar with the medication I had questions on, which I get as there are ao many medications out there, but would have been nice if he did some research before us connecting as he didn't seem to know much other than It being a viral protection medication once I told him what it was for. Seemed like he just logged on and asked what was up vs looking at the comment I made for making the visit.

Dr. Nago doesn't seem to want to solve my medical concerns. I have to wait 3 months for an appt. But as soon as the call starts he is clearly trying to leave as fast as he possibly can. Doesn't ask if I have questions, doesn't tell me about serious side effects to expect until after I experience them. I have to ask for relevant testing. He's not doing his job, but he is charging me for it. I just went to a neurosurgeon at UW, who doesn't think I need surgery, not do I, but is taking my symptoms seriously, is curious about my case, asked me so many questions, asked me what questions I had and wants to help me figure out what's going on. It's also impossible it for referrals and records out of Optum!! I literally lad to hand deliver an order for scams which is insane!!

We like Dr. Nago because he is thorough and thoughtful and gave us options and hope. He checks in regularly. During this visit, it could have been improved if he asked more questions that might prompt something we might not be conveying. Overall, we think he is a very good doctor
