My. Chart often has mistakes in it and it's frustrating for me to try to correct item. It said my parents are alive. However my mom died in 2006 and my dad died in 1963. With meds it has no space to correct the dosage. I can only remove that med and submit it again. It would really help if it were more user friendly. So I bring a list of corrections and give them to the nurse to enter. However, I do really appreciate being able to see all my test results and the doctor's notes.

Dr. Toukan is an excellent provider who always listens to the patients and prescribes the approximate treatments and care. Furthermore, Dr. Toukan follows up on my medical conditions with treatments

I don't feel that Dr. Toukan was listening to me. I had to call back to get more tests ran that I thought he was ordering. This is disappointing.
