My work as a therapist has taught me about resiliency, compassion and courage. It has granted me an opportunity to meet incredible individuals and help them address their challenges, attain goals and find purpose in their lives. My clinical practice areas include ADHD, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, behavioral issues, coping skills, art and play therapy techniques.
