When I was trying to explain the reasoning for our visit I kept getting cut off by the Provider. It was hard to keep what the main issue was on track because he kept talking about other things. It would had all made sense and gone smoothly had the Provider actively listened first then asked questions instead of interrupting constantly.

Doctor fully explained treatment options and listened to my needs and concerns. He offered me a very reasonable treatment plan starting with the least invasive with easy options to increase care if that didn't work. I'm so very pleased with the plan and I am already better with the less invasive treatment. So grateful for such great doctoring.
