Very good doctor, but stressed and in a hurry.
-
Dr. Mohka among the very best doctors I ve seen in [omitted].
-
Doctor Mokha gave me snacks and juice, 10/10 service. Was clear and thorough with next steps and walked me through what to expect in the appt
-
Dr Mokha is an excellent caring doctor!
-
Dr Mokha is the epitome of a professional, competent, caring doctor.
-
Poor communication about test results from Dr Larry Balintine here in [omitted] to Dr Mokha. We inquired via MyChart and phone call days before my scheduled appointment with Dr Mokha about these test results and we were assured by Dr Mokha's staff ( via telephone communication) that he did receive the results and that we would talk about that on my scheduled appointment. Somehow that information was not readily accessible to Dr on this appointment. We have full confidence in Dr Mokha and appreciate his experience and professionalism, but we think his staff dropped the ball in connection with this particular appointment. Things have been under par lately with Optum.
-
Dr Mokha is an excellent medical professional. He treats his patient with respect and compassion.
-
Dr. Mokha is amazing, very thorough, and very realistic
-
Reviewed my ER visit notes prior to seeing me. Communicated with my primary care and cardiologist. Made a great plan and a secondary back up plan.
-
Was impressed that the doctor had read my medical files and was already familiar with my case. Nice to find on an initial visit.
-
This all was fairly efficient, but I didn't realize that my appointment was to talk about starting therapy, not actually starting therapy.
-
He was great didn't know old people can't get food allergies
-
Dr. MOKHA Is one of the few doctors that I absolutely Trust. He has always treated me as a human being not just a statistic or a algorithm which is very uncommon in today's medical world. He goes above and beyond in looking for causes of problems I might have.
-
He was great, he explained what he was doing the entire time and he listened and directly addressed any concerns I had. He gave me a referral and explained in detail his concerns that caused him to write it. He also provided clear post appointment instructions
-
Right from the start the process did not feel friendly or comfortable. The question was, why are YOU here? Not, how can we help? Or can you share your concerns? Or what brings you today? It was more like why are you wasting my time?
-
We've seen Dr Mohka in the past. He was prepared with our son's past history. Always feel well cared for with him.
-
Dr. Mokha was very thorough and had clearly reviewed my file before the appointment
-
Visit went smoothly and efficiently.
-
He is the reason I stay at the polyclinic since it became optum
-
I would highly recommend Dr mocha to anyone! One of the few doctors who really treats the patient not an algorithm. His interaction is exceptional. He goes out of his way to look into problems and solve them does not just brush them off. And that is greatly appreciated in this world
