I appreciate that my recent concerns were heard. Changing my lisinipril from 20 mg to 30 mg seems to have a positive effect on my BP with no change in affect, no negative side effects at this time.

Very educational and kind and made sure I got help from a specialist so I could begin to feel better.

Again not my regular Dr. And knew nothing of my medical records. Pushed and I mean tried to push to give me information after I told her NO. When your not a primary the Dr should listen to uou.

She never finished my record and never posted it to MyChart. Cole did it before I even left

Dr. Did excellent job asking me questions so she could provide good notes to ENT scheduled for April.

I cannot write everything down because there was so much. Told nurse about changes or issues I'm having since last visit. Doctor didn't care or immediately said that would be a different issue, not related to L&I. I asked the doctor if some issues I was having could be a side effect from the medication I'm taking. Dr said I don't know. I don't think so. I'd have to go look it up. She asked me why I haven't returned to work yet. I told her I was waiting for a spinal injection. She asked why it was taking so long how come I haven't seen the proper back doctor. I told her I had and I am scheduled for an injection on [omitted]. She said oh no it's taking too long. It shouldn't take that long. I agree but I don't set the schedule for the doctors availability to do the procedure. I will never see that doctor again. This is the kind of doctor that gives optum a bad name. You need people like PA Morris. She should be the future of Optum.
