He seems very knowledgable but he also seems very rushed. Doesn't review mychart prior to coming into the room. Does not give me a chance to describe my symptoms or concerns. Does not seem to have enough time.

I believe I am in very competent care. Dr K as I call him sees my daughter also for the same type issues so knows our history and take that into effect. My only issue is since Optum it seems like he sees more patients.

Dr. Krajcer is best of the best, and frankly the top provider I've had in the entire Optum ecosystem. He is so well trained and knowledgeable about a very difficult area of medicine, which combined with the nuances and complications of auto-immune-derived spondyloarthritises makes his work all the more complex. He's so easy to understand, reviews what's going on, teams with me to create a path going forward in terms of arthritis management -- and truly cares about my issues and questions.
