The doctor took his time with me and seemed to be very thorough.

Helps with referral to other doctors and always prepared with results from tests and reports from other medical team. Detailed to given instructions. Dr Krajcer is great and it is his crew that is keeping me coming to Optum, otherwise I would leave.

Dr. Krajcer truly LISTENS. I write out all my concerns ahead of time and give him a copy so I stay focused and don't forget anything. He always reads and understands my concerns/issues -- and then addresses them instead of just dismissing me; never rushed -- and he always says my concerns are important and then puts it all into a bigger picture/focus so I can better understand my auto-immune related arthritis and adjacent health issues to that auto-immune status.

He seems very knowledgable but he also seems very rushed. Doesn't review mychart prior to coming into the room. Does not give me a chance to describe my symptoms or concerns. Does not seem to have enough time.
