My new primary doctor was not available, I saw Anne Ballintine for pre surgery tests. She was nice and thorough, but not there to discuss my treatment

Anne Balentine is great. Her care team needs to improve with handling paperwork and supporting patients.

Anne is always on top of things, taking things seriously and coming up with ideas to try when current things aren't working. And they completely understand the complexity of not just my medical stuff, but my life, including financial barriers, etc.

Medical staff and doctors are fantastic, but the administration sucks. You obviously don't pay your people who work in the labs enough money to when I work there and whoever set up the maze at Madison without doctors names should be fired

Anne Balentine has been an amazing doctor who took over for my longtime doctor, Dr Katherine Brown. Anne is caring for my whole family - husband, myself and two children. Dr Balentine has an amazing amount of knowledge and overall I felt cared for and heard and presented with options to allow me to make the best decision for myself where applicable. I find her to be timely, with great follow up and overall a wonderful asset to your medical group.

In the short time allotted she accomplished a lot!The time allotted is too short and without benefit of having a previous opportunity to follow my problem I presented to her what I thought might be the correct diagnosis and she listened, explained more about the condition asking questions, and made immediate referral for blood tests ASAP. Very grateful.

Doctor Balantine was very caring and informed about my issues and acted quickly to give me the treatment I needed, and went above and beyond to give me great referrals and treatment for another issue in addition to the main issue I came in for. Thank you!!

Good is like above the bare minimum. This clinician was attentive and seemed interested in my concerns and future health, like a good hair stylist I'd follow them anywhere. You, Optum better take care of this one.

I am deeply appreciative of the care Dr. Ballentine showed me throughout my appointment. But especially for the portion of the appointment when I had to have a pelvic exam. As a transmasculine person, I had been avoiding this procedure for various reasons, but mostly because it is challenging to find trans competent medical providers who accept my insurance. They used such affirming language and also gave me options to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. They also took their time to explain everything they were going to do and offered warmth and support throughout the pelvic exam. This has not been my experience at Optum in the past and I am grateful that Optum is starting to employee transgendger/gender nonconforming people.
