I went in as a follow up to my blood work done on [omitted]. My lab work has me labled as pre-diabetic and with my family history, I wanted to get on top of the situation. Neither the medical assistant nor the doctor took me seriously and said the labwork meant very little. I have been working hard for the last 8months to lose weight and better my health, so these lab work numbers didn't sit well with my, but staff were not concerned in the least.

Clinician was nice enough but did not seem to listen to my concern over pain levels (did not even ask about intensity) and did not offer any treatment course other than lozenges. Went to another clinician a few days later and was diagnosed with a severe sinus and ear infection. Will not be returning to this doctor again.

She was very nice looking at all avenues that would benefit my visit.

She did seem a little rushed. I sensed the time allotted to each appointment was very short.

The clinician was not my regular provider, but she expressed Care and concern Which made me feel comfortable and supported

Dr Quintero listens to the issues that I have and addresses each and everyone around osteoporosis. She is extremely knowledgeable. And very personable.

Dr Quintero is always very nice. I know she is very busy but I never feel rushed.

Dr has a tendency to brush over concerns. Also, she needs a little more training on how to access all of her patients information within the electronic medical record. (I am a retired super-user that has helped create and customize EMR's for Multicare and the Carol Milgard Center). She should know how to interface between the system that Optum uses and information coming in from outside systems.

Not quite sure what a clinician is? Assuming it's the front desk staff, nurse or lady that drew my blood?

This doctor is maturing and becoming very capable. It is a pleasure to see her.

She was helpful and very informative.

All of my medical records were available.

I have to tell them that I have been there with the same issue. Meaning my medical records were not reviewed before my care. Also, being kind of the last patient I felt rushed.

I have already referred people to her and they have already come in!!!
