I don't think she understood English or medicine
-
Ann is very easy to talk to and she listens well, I just left wondering if the Rx was working sometimes, but not always, however my urgency issue I suggested might be from my Parkinson's and I will bring that up with my new neurologist.
-
Ann is the best. Very attentive to my concerns. Explained everything to me in detail. Im gonna recommend her to everyone I know.
-
I appreciate the knowledge, and concern Dr. Okpara had.
-
It was clear Okpara did not review any information about me prior to our session. She did not ask for my consent for audio recording, despite using it. She did not physically examine me despite my presenting for abdominal bloating and pelvic pain. She maintained a terrible attitude and aggressive tone from the start. Her general demeanor was that I was wasting her time and irritating her with my presence. She said, I don't know why you're here, you're not due for another 2 weeks for your follow-up. I started crying and saidThere is a lack of empathy and kindness in this conversation and your attitude and tone is making it really hard for me to continue this conversation. You need better bedside manner. She did not apologize and I left the appointment in tears and she seemed happy to see me go.

She listened to me and understood what I needed.
-
She was quite helpful in explaining my issues.
-
Dr. Okpara is an exceptional physician in every sense. She combines deep knowledge with a genuinely thoughtful and attentive approach. From the first visit, I felt heard and taken seriously. She takes the time to listen, ask thorough questions, and explain things clearly. What stands out most is her balance of professionalism and real empathy. She didn't just treat my symptoms, she pays attention to the whole picture and made me feel supported through the process. That kind of genuine care is rare.I feel incredibly fortunate to be her patient and would recommend her without hesitation.

-
She was outstanding, very professional, knowledgeable, proficient and helpful.
-
She was very thorough, efficient and concise
-
Didn't listen well. Didn't include me in the decisions. Didn't give complete information about options.
-
I brought my own copy of pt report back to Dr Okpura - she looked through it in real time. Not sure why - my pt said he sent his reports twice
-
As stated before, Dr. Okpara did a very good job explaining all about the procedure.

Ann okapura is great!
-
Strange visit. Provider was not reassuring in any way. Left feeling discouraged. I know my reason for visit often has no identifiable cause and that ruling out the treatable conditions is the primary goal. A simple his can be challenging to treat but we'll work together to get you through it would've helped. Empathy was lacking.
-
Ann Okpara is great, I have been seeing her for 4-5 years and will continue to do so. I have recommended her to others.
