I had uploaded a request and about eight pages of appendixes to explain something that I felt was pretty big and needed to be documented. Dr. Smith immediately Reddit and let me know exactly what's going on. He set things up wonderfully and was anticipating a bigger issue than just my high blood pressure, which was the main reason why I was trying to get a hold of him just to ask for a review of where I'm at. I love working with Dr. Smith!

Dr. Smith rushes to prescribe tests and referrals and treatments without first discussing them with me, so I understand little about why they're being done.
