My reaching out with symptoms was responded to by questions from MA/nurse but provider never responded after I left the message and MA/nurse asked questions.

We have been beating our heads against the wall to get a new style of mask for Doug. Norco did not respond to our requests. Amanda suggested buying the mask on Amazon. She found the correct mask and helped us find it and purchase it.
