He was dismissive and unhelpful. This is not the first time we've experienced this, but it was worse than last year. I hand sense that he cares much about our situation - admittedly, dealing with Alzheimer's is not furor easy, but it can be far better than this.

Dr. Cooper didn't seem to want to hear from me at all. He didn't listen to me and told me that he had no idea what was causing my symptoms. He simply chalked up my extreme psychological symptoms as anxiety and depression despite them being caused by and exacerbated by a physical injury. He dismissed my prior diagnosis of occipital neuralgia outright with absolutely no explanation. He seemed irritated when I was going through my long symptom history. It seemed like he just wanted me out of the room as fast as possible. Fortunately, he forwarded me to behavioral health but my visit with him was a complete waste of time and money. I was shocked and outraged. Dr. Cooper came off as extraordinarily unprofessional and incompetent during our meeting. I don't even want to pay for my appointment and I certainly don't want to see him again.

Fabulous and caring team.
-
My previous critique was for Optum as a corporate entity and NOT my provider
-
Dr Cooper said that someone would call me back within the next couple of hours to tell me more about a specific treatment possibility, and no one has called me at all. Records were good, however. He was able to remind me of a part of my visit history from a long time ago.
-
Dr. Cooper was efficient, thorough, and informative as he assessed my problem, while also remaining fully engaged with me as a patient. He was a good listener, and explained each step of the diagnosis as well as implications and next steps.
