Doctor did not remember anything about previous appointment or plan, did not remember why were waiting to start treatment, doctor told me she sent a prescription while we were on the phone because It was time sensitive medicine, then It was never sent. Resulting In waiting another month to start treatment

I was very impressed with this doctor. It was a huge comfort to have someone listen and care.

Dr addressed me right when she came in, listened to my explanation first, then outlined a plan, explained the benefits of the plan and how it could work for me, reviewed all of my previous labs and told me she was there for me. Made me feel heard and respected

I was extremely disappointed with and concerned by my appt with Dr. Kurachi. She made me feel like I was wasting her time, repeatedly cutting me off and dismissing my concerns before I had even finished my questions, insinuating I must just be getting all my information from TikTok (I am not on social media), and giving me outdated and potentially harmful medical advice (per my PCP). When I asked about these, she retorted, verbatim, with ell your doctor he doesn't know what he's talking about. She was very unprofessional and demeaning, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had requested an xray be sent from another provider to Dr. K's office, apparently it never arrived and I was not informed it had not been received.

Dr Kurachi as I said earlier is one of the best!!! I came to her initially as a referral from a friend of mine who is also a physician. So she is well respected by her peers as well. That says a lot!!
