Abigail Schweptker is excellent at her profession. I have been very dissatisfied with the healthcare industry as whole the last ten years or so. I just hope that Optum recognizes how proficient she is at her position. She is on top of things. She takes the time to listen and doesn't make you feel as if you're wasting her time. She always provides options and explains everything so you understand.
