Vivian is very easy to talk to and explains what is happening and what the results are.

Very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the type 2 diabetes process and what we needed to do. Suggested I get a yearly eye appointment and bone density done. Then she, herself followed up with me on the density test and that I needed supplements. She explained what I needed and what to expect and if that has any problems to call so it can be adjusted. Let me know what my insurance plan will cover and the process we need to take. I truly appreciate that as there is no surprises.
