I see Melanie when I can't get into my primary care physician. I have seen her on several occasions. She is kind and caring and very knowledgeable. She takes whatever time necessary to explain things to you in great detail.

Rather than listening and discussing topics during the appointment she insisted on recording the visit. I believe that's very unprofessional demonstrates poor bedside manner. Will not be rescheduling with her again

Dr. Lozano has been the best PA I’ve had so far. She truly cares about her patients and is super helpful and understanding with my concerns and goes over side effects thoroughly when providing medications and treatments. She listens to your concerns and really cares about you as a patient.
