She is very kind and thorough with going over my health and any concerns I had.

I was particularly impressed with Melody upon meeting her again, her demeanor and cleanliness of her hair. And her professionalism, knowledge of healthcare stands out the minute you greet her and she always makes me aware thst she knows my name and health background.She is a very impressive person.

Dr. Lozano has been the best PA I’ve had so far. She truly cares about her patients and is super helpful and understanding with my concerns and goes over side effects thoroughly when providing medications and treatments. She listens to your concerns and really cares about you as a patient.

Melanie always takes great care to listen to my concerns.

I have referred friends to her. Melanie explains everything so I can understand it. When I have a list of concerns she addresses each one of them and then I am at ease. Always come in with a smile, professionalism and compassion when needed.

I thought Melanie did a great job of checking my ears, which is what I came in for. She answered all of my questions on some other issues I had. She helped me with an insurance question. I was pleased with the visit.

She couldn’t give me the shot I needed, but rather than have me come back, she was able to get Dr. Degraw to give me the much needed shot. Plus, because of here I was able to get other things scheduled that I needed. I truly appreciate her.

My doctor Lozano is a very good PCP for me. I can say she is the best doctor i've had. I do recommend her to my friends and family. she works with me on all my needs in a timely matter.
