During my first visit on[omitted], I was extremely disappointed, although I explained my symptoms and requested a letter to support a workplace accommodation for my shift. Despite my clear physical and mental struggle with night shifts, she refused to provide any documentation. Because of this lack of support, I was forced to resign[omitted]. Instead of helping me maintain my employment, the doctor simply prescribed anxiety and depression medication without addressing the underlying issues.

Very good treatment
-
I have a fused neck. I have had severe pain in my neck for over five months. She didn't even touch it. She saw in my chart that I have anxiety and told me that my pain was not pain but anxiety!
-
She was so kind and professional
-
Clinician seems to lack empathy. I didn't feel connected. Doesn't make much eye contact
-
Fantastic experience! I appreciated use of AI for dictation purposes vs typing notes during the visit. Visit was amazing, I felt she was really listening and genuinely interested in understanding my care and concerns. Received honest feedback and good direction. Refreshing experience.

One of those doctors where they take it personally when you know about what your own body is doing
-
This appt was to meet the new dr. I need more time with her to answer about recommending her,
-
Jessica is shows care and she is attentive to details. I'm glad to establish care with her.

Excellent visit.

Took one look at me and said that I need to be on cholesterol medication and start the mediterranean diet with out asking any real questions about me or seeing any of my blood work
-
Didn't receive after visit paperwork for this appointment and was starting new medication. Very quick appointment felt a bit rushed. Started the new medication and had a possible reaction to the medication, called the clinic and nurse sent an urgent message to my Dr who did not get back to me when I needed an answer that day if I should continue the medication. Had to get a second opinion from another Dr on site. Quite disappointing and upsetting that there wasn't a sense it urgency from my doctor.

Re: clinic records pre-existing this provider coming on board, my old Advanced Directives were not on file so I was given the new POLST form.

Very personable

She doesn't even know all of my health issues and wouldn't let me go over them just for records sake. She was not knowledgeable about my disabilities. She didn't go over my abnormal blood results from the ER. One of the worst doctors I have seen and I have seen plenty bad ones in the 20 years I've gone to Everett Clinic/Optum. I'm most likely going somewhere better. I'm treated like a number instead of a patient and have been bounced around from department to department. Truly terrible experiences.

I love the fact that she walks you out after your appt. She walks you to the waiting room. I saw a dentist once and he did the same thing and it was nice. She does not have you wait in exam room long when waiting to see her for your appt. HerMA is excellent ! Good team!

Felt like a number and like they were just trying to check boxes and get through as fast as possible. As a DO I expected a more holistic approach but the first thing mentioned when I voiced my concerns were pills.
-
Dr. Wissenbach is an exceptionally good physician. She is very knowledgeable, warm, caring and highly skillful. She works diligently, even called us during her off-work time to check patient's condition. She always brings great comfort to patient. We appreciate Optum providing such high quality care and staff.

I felt like she was a thorough, level headed, informed practioner.
