He has been my primary care provider for years and hass alway been professional, friendly and remebers me even after long periods between visits.

• Current on my previous conditions • He coordinates with my other Medical Team in regards of Pain Care in assuring my medication doesn’t go against Pain regulation • Cares about my comfort • Respects my choice in my health care ie: Tests I’m comfortable with and not comfortable with at this time • I’m not a “patient” I’m a person • Although his time has been limited since going with Corporate Health Care he remains the “small town” Health Care Provider (if that makes sense) • Dr Nelson keeps up with current Health Trends • Organized • Takes notes on the back of my intake form, isn’t looking at a monitor ~ although I know he has to find the “time” to upload the data into the system. • Never has followed the ridiculous previous “Obama Care” rules of only 3 concerns per visit.
