This was my first visit. Felt that she took the time to get to know little bit about me. She was thorough and knowledgeable and was open and encouraging about more healthy habits versus more medicine or in conjunction with. Felt that she was looking at me as a whole person. Dr. Elhag took the time to listen and respond to all my questions and concerns. She took immediate action by adjusting some of my medications and ordered some tests to help determine the cause of my most concerning problems. Dr. Elhag did not provide clear indications regarding follow-up care, she gave me some blatantly incorrect information regarding the shingles vaccine, and she does not respond to messages left through the Optum portal. Throughout my visit, she seemed distracted and/or disinterested.

She took adequate time to understand my medical history and the influences of that history on the reason for my visit. Though my medical history is complicated and currently compartmentalized, her inquiries and feedback were appropriately insightful.
