Dr. Elhag did not provide clear indications regarding follow-up care, she gave me some blatantly incorrect information regarding the shingles vaccine, and she does not respond to messages left through the Optum portal. Throughout my visit, she seemed distracted and/or disinterested.

She took adequate time to understand my medical history and the influences of that history on the reason for my visit. Though my medical history is complicated and currently compartmentalized, her inquiries and feedback were appropriately insightful.
