Dr. Elhag treated me with respect (i.e. didn't talk down to me. She took her time collecting me medical information and current concerns. Knowledgeable, approachable, laid-back, empathetic to my medical concerns.

I was hopeful that following our appointment on [omitted] that she would be able to streamline my medication nightmare. I’ve been without it since [omitted] Previous staff and doctor at another location kept submitting paperwork wrong. My Dr Fitch retired in[omitted] I was hoping this appt would make a difference and felt good about it after I left. Only to call two weeks later on the status to hear the information I provided during my entire physical appt was not submitted. I will now have to stop in the office to appeal.

Dr Elhag was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She ordered test and when they came in her nurse called me. I told her I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to computers or MyChart and she told me she will mail the results and I got the letter in 2 or 3 days.
