My mother and myself both have James as our primary. We both feel that the care has changed drastically since he started working under Optum. Both of us had two or three questions when we went to our most recent appointments of which none were answered. All previous appointments he would come back to the room and explain my blood work results and answer any questions this time he never came back in i was sent for blook work and told we were done and I could go by an aid. I got my results a few days later thru email/portal and had no one to ask any questions. Another issue is IF/WHEN I need a prior authorization it takes as much as two months and at a minimum of 10 to 15 calls to the office to resolve.
