I was seeing Dr Robert Fitch the last 14 years, he retired last year. When I went to my appointment this [omitted], it was Brain P Doyle. When he came in the room he said, so you were a patient of Paul Ficth? I said excuse me? He replayed Dr Paul Ficth was a good friend of his. I seen Dr Robert Fitch many years and he was a great man. There is NO Dr Paul Fitch, that I know of. So, then he said Ficth was old school and I needed someone who knows more, like him...Well, I did not like what he said. Dr Robert Ficth, he was a great doctor and saved my life when he helped getting Meds for my Hep C.and now I'm Hep C clear. Anyway, he was telling me what I needed for Anxiety, which medication I never heard of. I never mention Anxiety at all to him. He looked at my chart (I guess) and seen I was on Anxiety meds over 25 years, and that's all he wanted to talk about. He never asks about my Diabetes or anything else, nothing else, no A1c test Nothing, he was upset I didn't want the Anxiety Meds he pushed on me. I did ask him if he was a doctor and he replays he was a PA and [omitted] and can prescribe any medication! So I just told him all I needed was my Insulin. He replied were you want it sent. The pharmacy was and is on my chart, so he sent it in with 1 refill and left the room. He has a big ego, and I did not care for him at all. I am[omitted] an Never had any problems like that before. So maybe I'm old school too.
