visit went fine. Then her medical assistant called and said I needed to contact Dr. B and have additional blood work. When I did the MA told me I had to stop taking one of my meds.I said no because that had been prescribed for me by my cardic/electrophysilogist of 9 years for heart failure. She insisted I had to stop and I told her that she should consult with my cardiologist if she had questions. I said I wanted to talk with Dr. B about high TSH levels and would she call me back. She never called. It is poor(perhaps even dangerous) for a doctor to tell a patient to stop taking a med that had been prescribed by a specialist after a 40 minute discussion.

She truly knows the patient.
