Great Dr but I had to wait an hour and a half, after my scheduled time to see him

Too many people booked at the same time you need to fix it

He's the best !

He is an amazing caring physician always goes over everything at every visit and if I need to call and leave a message with his Care team, they always take care of my needs and they always update my portal/my chart and it’s easy for me to stay in contact with them using my chart

Initially he spent time with me and answered my questions, however of late he only seems to have time to address the first issue I bring up and appears very rushed. His nurse told me that she is working to hold him to a 15 minute schedule as he tends to spend too much time with patients which causes patients to wait and her to work longer than scheduled. I am also concerned because when reading his clinical notes they are at times not entirely accurate related to medication doses and note items that were not discussed but state that they were, specifically related to prescribed medications. And messages left on the patient portal have been left unanswered after weeks, even when I send follow up messages.. I have to call directly and leave a message in order to get a response. That said i do think he is a good doctor, although he seems to tell me things about my condition that are only on a need to know basis unless I directly ask very specific questions

Explains why and what will be done , very caring. Makes sure I understand what I need and how to achieve the result

Late to appointments

The doctor listened to me and then had me do several arm and leg exercises before deciding what the problem is.

Dr Fakete has a nice way about him I trust him!

Didn't fill out my paperwork and took 2 weeks for medication. The wait times are ridiculous

Dr. Fekete chose to handle my health issues thoroughly. I appreciate his bedside manner. He’s a compassionate person and I believe knowledgeable in this field of work. Of the three nurse assistants he had working with him, two were 💯 professional and one may have been having a bad day- she rudely voiced frustration in the hallway over the possibility of staying late that night. I don’t believe one incident is a reflection of someone’s consistent behavior. I hope his staff support him because from what I see he is trying to do his very best for every patient and I think that’s exceptional. Thank you for the opportunity to easily provide my feedback on Dr. Fekete.

Dr Fekete is very thorough and very competent. I just wish I could get enough time with him to review my test results and ask questions, but he is limited to the amount of time he can spend with a single patient, even if he is trying to find out what is wrong with the patient. This makes it even more frustrating when both him and I are trying to determine what my medical issue(s) are. I am MORE THAN A NUMBER and a PAID CLAIM! It would be nice if Crystal Run's Management Staff who crunch numbers would see that.

Dr Is great cares about his patients and he takes the time needed for each patient

Because of mix up with mri and blood work

He clearly gives the patient his full attention and concern. There is no rushing or backing towards the door. Thus I have confidence in his care!
