She is an excellent doctor

She is fine for a once a year check up. If you have any issues or need to see a Doctor regularly, I don't think she is right for that. The past two years, I have waited in the waiting room so long that I think I should leave. Your text messages say to be at the office 15 minutes ahead of time, I was there at 9:44. The nurse did not take me from the waiting room until 10:40. My appointment was at 10am. At one point the receptionist came over and asked if I was waiting for a patient and she was the one who checked me in the hour earlier...

She is very caring and gives her full attention to your needs

Dr Bustamante is an exceptional physician who has broad and deep experience and shows true compassion for her patients. She is committed to her patients' well-being and her personalized approach engenders trust and confidence.

Dr Bustamante is a positive person, great listener and she also explains things that I need to know. She really pays attention to her patient.

I like Dr. Bustamonte, but the communication between patients and staff is poor. I work in the dental field. My patients never wait more than 10 minutes. I follow up with via phone calls to check on my patients. I think Optum has become a monopoly, where the focus is on getting the doctors to see as many patients as they can. It’s not about healthcare. It’s about money with optmum!

She is well educated and is very understanding. She takes time with the patient and I feel like a person not a number or cattle being shoved through.

She is knowledgeable about why you are there, she has read your chart and is prepared for your visit. She explains everything so there is no misunderstandings. She is caring, and compassionate. Optum should be thrilled to have such an outstanding physician on their staff

I was not happy with her at all.... felt like I was just a number & her getting her patients in and out. I had to wait 50 minutes to see her & minimal time with her. When you are not feeling good & waiting. There is no excuse for this wait time. Told me I would get my test results back in about an hour & heard nothing from her or staff that afternoon, night. I had to send an email in for results & within 10 after email a register nurse finally emailed back with my test results.... no reason for this.

I like her and trust her. She explains things well and listens well and is patient.

She is great! She listens and explains everything fully. Very understanding and goes out of her way to make you feel like you matter.
