Dr Moscato, I believe is a good doctor. There needs to be a better process when running behind. You can let them know before the check in process is complete and paid for the visit. Crystal Run can contact patients and let them know before they arrive. I have a Dr. that runs behind but, you are provided with advance notice before you get checked in and paid co-pay. Also, the patients were seen out of order.

It is rare to meet a doctor who has the background, compassion, level of care and respect that Dr. Moscato has. He can be very overwhelmed with the number of patients on his roster at the hospital and in his office. But he always takes the time to handle each patient with the utmost respect, and excellent bedside manner. He even remembers that I bake gluten-free pastries. I know my eyes are in good hands. Thanks to him I have better eyesight. There should be more doctors like him. He is a blessing.

He is very thorough. He is always friendly and explains the results of his examination, answering any questions I might have.. This is hard for any Dr to do in the short time he is allowed with each patient.

He was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained my upcoming cataract procedure thoroughly and clearly.
