Very kind and knowledgeable
Dr Chiramel always listens and communicates in a very attentive, respectful and caring manner
She had me wait for 45 minutes in a virtual waiting room. When I expressed to her that I was upset and that someone should have contacted me that there was a wait, she seemed annoyed. On another occasion, she had me wait for an hour after which case I had to hang up. When I called the office the receptionist was very short and told me she would call me back. She did not call in the time frame the receptionist told me she would. I also requested a medication refill on the Thursday before and it was not refilled until the following Tuesday. When I called I was told the doctor was on vacation for 2 weeks.
