I think Dr. panda is amazing. The downside is how long you have to wait every time you go to an appointment. In addition, is frustrating to have to wait six months before you can reschedule your annual Gyn appointment.

Dr. Panda is a compassionate, knowledgeable and excellent clinician. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health and have found it so difficult to find a Gyn provider that practices with respect and care. Dr panda did not sit in front of the computer asking me questions, she sat WITH me and made eye contact the whole time. She had looked at my chart before meeting me, so she had familiarity with my history. She gave the kind of exam that I was trained at Columbia School of Nursing to provide—thorough but NOT PAINFUL. My patients used to be surprised at how “it didn’t hurt” when I performed their PAP; this time I was the one who was surprised when Dr. Panda told me the PAP was complete. I left feeling heard, seen, and CARED FOR. I finally have found an excellent Gyn and that makes such a difference. I know I have a partner in my health, not just a person getting through their patient load of the day.

Was told she would call me within an hour about a possible miscarriage. Didn't hear back until over 24 hours later. When she finally called, I was told that I had her number and should've called her. The communication between her and the team was horrific. The people in the office were unaware why I was there and therefore had no empathy and were extremely rude. The following day, while I still had zero information about a possible miscarriage, someone called to tell me I needed bloodwork (I didn't need bloodwork), and that I wasn't pregnant. I should've heard this from my doctor who could've handled it with More care.

She is such a wonderful doctor. She listens and actually goes the extra mile to help you and figure out the root cause of the problem. She follows up and is very empathetic and is the only reason I still go to the crystal run obgyn group

My experience with this gynecologist was excellent. She was very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I appreciated how thorough and attentive she was during the appointment. It’s very reassuring to have a doctor who is both skilled and compassionate. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring gynecologist.
