Although I've only seen him a couple of times now since I lost my long time cardiologist, he is attentive, explains everything well, very knowledgeable and it was a good visit.

As is the case with physicians working for Optum (Mount Kisco Medical Group, Caremount Medical Group) there is a general malaise afflicting the work environment.
Dr Guo is a wonderful doctor. He listens to all my concerns and is very courteous and I am very comfortable asking him questions.
Dr. Guo is very knowledgeable and thorough. He tries to find alternative treatments and gives good advice.
He diagnosed a problem with my mitral valve.
As I mentioned earlier Dr. Guo is extremely efficient , prepared, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Guy is excellent. I would never recommend anyone go to the group for any of the remaining doctors. I have kept my select few doctors who are still there, I know my expectations but I would never tell anyone to go there. The group will never be the same as it has been for the past 60 to 70 years because of the Optum takeover.

He seems knowledgeable and takes the time to try to come up with a treatment plan. He also has an agreeable personal manner. I would have preferred it if he could have spent a little more time during my last visit to explain next steps.

Dr. Guo is very caring and goes over everything with you that is on your record. He is extremely informative, professional and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns that you have, he goes over each one with you.

Optum doesn't seem to give him enough time with me as a patient for me to form a firm opinion. I haven't seen him enough times either.
Dr. Steve Guo combines internal medicine and cardiology expertise to address hypertension, cholesterol management, and heart rhythm issues. He emphasizes preventive care and lifestyle modifications for long-term cardiovascular health. He completed medical education in New York followed by residency and fellowship training.
