She is always friendly and nice and listens very well. She also takes her time to explain exactly what she is doing and tells me the results. She has always steered me in the right direction. It’s always a pleasure to see her even though it’s for a problem.

I would have have liked to have the doctor actually treat my issues rather that refer me to another doctor.

I have only met/been seen by her once in the office, & once on the phone, so it’s a little hard to gauge. For me personally, I’d like to experience more of the “ warm, “ bedside manner” exchange, if possible.

She is fully engaged, sympathetic and thorough. She never makes you feel like she is rushing you. I have had many years experience with Dr Gross and have always been satisfied.
