I had to wait quite a while sitting in the treatment room - no staff kept me informed of when I could expect to see the doctor. I received incorrect and incomplete information from a staff member when I scheduled my initial consultation visit which caused frustration and took too much time as well. The call center wasn't helpful - also giving incorrect information and I could not reach anyone in the office directly. I felt like I was going in circles getting different directions from staff

He didnt seem to invloved and seemed distracted during my visit. Also we waited 20 min in the exam room and he said he didnt even go over my chart. Why did we wait 20 min then? What was he doing?
