Great bedside manners
Love his bedside manner. Great sense of humor, but a great Doctor
He is thorough, professional and has a good disposition.
I would recommend him much higher if it wasn’t for the terrible phone system that you have in place. It is almost impossible to get thru to make an appt or speak to someone at the office. The phone rings but no one answers. Some ‘’advocates'' are useless.
Reviewed my medication explained various things that been happening to me gave me references.

Again, Dr. Glickman is an excellent doctor. But I do not like that you can call the office directly. Optum needs to change this policy and go back to patients being able to call the office directly. I am thinking about if I want to stay with the practice because of this problem. Thank you!
