Dr. Sarah Sims is a fellowship-trained endocrine surgeon, performing over 200 thyroid and parathyroid surgeries per year. She holds a focused practice designation in adult complex thyroid and parathyroid surgery. She also offers scarless techniques for the management of thyroid nodules, using radiofrequency ablation (RFA). She offers robotic minimally invasive approaches to adrenalectomy and is a high-volume adrenal surgeon. She performs hundreds of in-office thyroid biopsies (thyroid FNA) every year. She completed her general surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital and endocrine surgery fellowship at UCSF.
