Took the time to go over ways to resolve my problem. I request having him as my doctor now. Because of his knowledge how conscientious he is.
Again, Optum has destroyed the patient care experience. Impossible to reach a person in the local office regarding appointments. Had follow up concerns. Had to wait until 8 hours after a message to get a call back because I could only use the app; not personal contact. You've destroyed completely the patient experience. Horrible. Could care less about the fancy new facility.
Dr. SYED has been attentative, caring, knowledgeable and provides feedback and follows up with patients
Dr. Syed is compassionate and explains issues thoroughly. He addresses all questions . Dr Syed facilitates all necessary visits to specialists , which greatly reduces patient anxiety. He takes the tome to call and inform what to expect at specialist visits.
He's an amazing doctor. Caring though and will answer all my questions. He's knowledgeble and understanding. He will continue to check in after bloodwork to make sure everything is OK with medications he prescribed as well.
