Dr Knotts has explained the problem to me - and my husband - in terms we understand, listened to my concerns and asked me in detail how I have felt after taking the medications I've been prescribed and the procedure I had done. He explained options of medications and side effects, as well as the cost of the new medication he prescribed, with my consent. He followed me with EKG's and heart monitors and explained the results. And with the new patient portal, I know I can ask questions and report any problems. We like and trust him.
